13 Inactive Account Policy

If any member's account has been continuously 12 Months remains inactive (no logins or transactions), it will be marked as an "Inactive Account". For inactive accounts:

• An account maintenance fee may be deducted.
• If the balance reaches zero, the account may be closed automatically.
• Contact support to reactivate your account.

14 Changes & Updates
